While the Bladen County Register of Deeds and the Bladen County Clerk of Court are located in the same building, we are two separate offices and maintain different types of records.

The Clerk of Court’s office maintains records

  • Foreclosure listings
  • Jury duty information


A lot of people also go to the clerk’s office for:

  • Certified copies of court documents
  • Paying court fines and fees
  • Filing lawsuits or legal paperwork
  • Estates/wills after someone passes away
