Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Convenience Center Hours of Operation

Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Wednesday: Closed (except Mercer Mill Road)

Sunday: Closed

Accepted at Recycling Centers

  • Household garbage
  • White goods (appliances)
  • Up to 4 car/pickup tires per week (off rim)
  • Used motor oil (max 5 gal/week)
  • Yard waste (leaves/limbs, max 3” diameter & 3’ length)
  • Furniture and electronics
  • Scrap metal, lawnmowers, oyster shells
  • Oil filters, computer components
  • Bagged garbage must go into the compactor unless otherwise directed
  • Max load: 4 cubic yards per day (full-size pickup bed). Excess must go to Transfer Station.

Accepted at Transfer Station Only

Unacceptable at Any Site

  • Land clearing debris, stumps
  • Hazardous waste, unknown products
  • Poisons, herbicides, pesticides

  • Burn barrels, ashes
  • Liquids (except motor oil)
