The Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) has studied the risk factors and needs of Juvenile Court involved youth in this county and hereby publishes this Request for Proposals. The JCPC anticipates funds from the NC Dept. of Public Safety Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in the amount stated above to fund the program types specified below. Such programs will serve delinquent and at-risk youth for the state fiscal year 2026-2027 beginning on, or after, July 1, 2026. The use of these funds in this county requires a local match in the amount specified above. The Division on Aging helps older adults to maintain as much independence as possible by providing meals, some light housekeeping, senior activities, and help with finding other services.
